Jon has gained a wide variety of experience in the Mining/drilling industry over the past 7 years. Jon has been with Down Force Drilling for the past three years working in the field and has spent the last two years within management and HR in which he has completed a Foundation Skills course in HR. With this experience he has diversified into the Training & Safety department for Down Force Drilling. He has obtained Certificate IV in Training & Assessing, Certificate IV in OHS and is currently completing a Diploma in OHS. Jon’s also a licenced Drug and Alcohol screener.
